Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
