Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment presser in Green County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Part-time with flexible hours.
