The role involves: • Recharge and service the air-conditioning system • Carry out suspension and steering repairs • Estimate repair costs and order the right parts • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and methodical fault-finding • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
