What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in 2+ years on the tools preferred.
