Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Hodgeman County, Kansas. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking.
