Domestic gas engineer wanted in Osborne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Osborne County, Kansas. You will work in customers' homes and kitchens. On the job you will handle: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
