Join our team: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Alexander County, North Carolina. The job is at a busy earthworks site. Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Your main tasks: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
