We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Tuolumne County, California. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
