Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Sumter County, Georgia. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
