Now hiring: we are hiring a ceiling and wall plasterer in Crawford County, Kansas. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Your main tasks: • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets Ideal candidate: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
