Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad.
