Powder coating operator wanted in Clay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Clay County, Minnesota. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
