Concrete labourer wanted in Gilchrist County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Gilchrist County, Florida. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
