Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
