Great opportunity: we are hiring a production helper in Union Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves change over tooling and settings between product runs; stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; record output figures and downtime on the production log; assemble components according to the work order. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
