Great opportunity: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Yankton County, South Dakota. The role involves clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
