Floor screeder • Crawford County, Iowa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor screeder in Crawford County, Iowa. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
