Now hiring: we are hiring a production operative in Trumbull County, Ohio. The role involves weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; check products against the sample for colour, size and finish; change over tooling and settings between product runs; stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line 4+ years on the tools preferred.
