Truck driver wanted in Schleicher County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a truck driver in Schleicher County, Texas. Day to day you will secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Current Driver CPC qualification card Part-time with flexible hours.
