Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Sarasota County, Florida. The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
