On a typical shift you will clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; check walls for plumb and level as you go; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls. Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
