Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Your main tasks: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
