Your main tasks: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites 2+ years on the tools preferred.
