Natural gas fitter — Sampson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Sampson County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. Day-to-day duties: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
