Tandoor cook — Henry County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Henry County, Kentucky. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred.
