We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Saki East, Oyo State. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
