We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Ekiti West, Ekiti State. The job is in a packaging factory. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges The role involves carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; set up and start the machine as per the job card; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges.
