The role involves prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
