Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Nassau County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
