Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Mitchell County, Georgia. You will work at an accident repair garage. The role involves: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
