We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Madison County, Illinois. You will work at an infrastructure site. You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet On the job you will handle: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
