Steward wanted in Crawford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Crawford County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Part-time with flexible hours.
