Great opportunity: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Randolph County, Arkansas. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. You should have: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports You will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line.
