Cnc turner wanted in Lanier County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turner in Lanier County, Georgia. You will work at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred On a typical shift you will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet.
