What we are looking for: • ITI certificate in auto electrical or electronics, or equivalent • Valid driving licence preferred • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently Day to day you will solder and heat-shrink wiring joints; programme keys and reset immobilisers; test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter; check charging system output and battery voltage.
