Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Your main tasks: • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
