Urgent requirement: LGV Class 1 driver (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Stark County, Illinois. The job is at a haulage company. Your main tasks: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops What we are looking for: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
