Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Clay County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Rotating shifts.
