You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
