Fabricator-welder wanted in Holt County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Holt County, Nebraska. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium You will control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
