Urgent requirement: pipe lagger (New York)

Join our team: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Chenango County, New York. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam The role involves work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors.
