Now hiring: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Caswell County, North Carolina. You will be based at a supermarket cold-chain site. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade The role involves: • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
