Join our team: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Douglas County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Six days a week, one day off.
