Line cook wanted in Carroll County

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Carroll County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
