We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Goodhue County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal Ideal candidate: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Own basic hand tools and PPE At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
