Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Meade County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Meade County, South Dakota. You will work at a landfill site. On the job you will handle: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
