Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Burlington County, New Jersey. You will work in a spray booth. Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending On the job you will handle: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels 5+ years on the tools preferred.
