Dish pit attendant — Chester County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
