System formwork carpenter • Richmond County, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Richmond County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts The role involves watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN). Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience.
