Meat trimmer — Throckmorton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Throckmorton County, Texas. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
